JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Marketing & Social Media (Approx. 60%)

  1. Develop and execute social media content strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, YouTube, and LinkedIn).

  2. Produce and edit photos, videos, and reels to capture class moments, events, and brand campaigns.

  3. Create engaging marketing campaign concepts and visuals aligned with brand guidelines.

  4. Support the team in developing user insights, analysing performance metrics, and optimising content based on audience engagement.

  5. Collaborate with the leadership and programme teams to develop marketing materials, newsletters, and advertisements.

  6. Track and measure campaign KPIs using digital tools and analytics dashboards.

  7. Manage content calendars, plan shoot schedules, and maintain brand tone and consistency.

  8. Manage and update website contents, and send monthly EDMs.

B. Sports Coaching & On-Ground Delivery (Approx. 40%)

  1. Deliver and plan multi-sport sessions and children's movement programmes based on Vivo Kids' curriculum.

  2. Facilitate sports and play-based learning experiences in schools, camps, and events.

  3. Conduct in-house training and mentoring of new part-time coaches and facilitators.

  4. Maintain high standards of child engagement, safety, and energy in every session.

  5. Support event execution (set-up, games stations, parent engagement, etc.).

REQUIREMENTS

  • ITE Certificate or Diploma in Media, Communications, Marketing, Sports Science, Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or creative production preferred.
  • Strong photography/videography and editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
  • Physically active, comfortable leading children in movement or sports-based sessions.
  • Passion for working with children, fitness, and creative storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt.
  • Flexible to work some or 1 weekend day depending on class/event schedule.

WORKING HOURS AND LOCATION

  • Five days work week: 4 weekdays* + 1 weekend when needed

*if not activated on weekends, it will be 5 weekdays

  • Office + on-site at partner schools, parks, and events + WFH when possible**

**Travelling is part of the job and monthly travel allowance will be provided

Typical working hours:

  • 830AM to 630PM or 10AM to 730PM
