Singapore Ngai Chin Construction Pte Ltd Full time $80,000 - $120,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and review detailed 2D/3D drawings utilizing CAD and BIM software.

  • Develop and coordinate MEP system layouts, including comprehensive shop and installation drawings,

particularly for office fit-out projects.

  • Produce essential Coordinated Service Drawings (CSD), ensuring the effective integration of all MEP services.

  • Collaborate proactively with project teams to guarantee design accuracy and strict adherence to project

specifications and industry standards.

  • Prepare as-built drawings and complete project documentation for seamless handover and regulatory approvals.

  • Provide vital support to drafting team activities, ensuring accurate maintenance of drawing records.

  • Actively participate in coordination meetings, efficiently addressing and resolving design and drawing-related

issues

  • Ensure full compliance with electrical standards, local building regulations, and relevant design codes in

Singapore.

  • Design and draw for a wide spectrum of building services, including Electrical, ACMV, Plumbing & Sanitary, and

Fire Protection systems.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in M&E drafting.

  • Proven experience in developing Coordinated Service Drawings (CSD).

  • Proficiency in interpreting complex drawings.

  • Expert-level command of AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and Navisworks

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Thorough understanding of local building regulations and design codes in Singapore.
