What are we looking for?

We are looking to hire junior to mid-level Singapore-qualified Associates to join our Funds & Investment Management Practice in our Singapore office.

The Rajah & Tann Funds & Investment Management Practice is regularly ranked as an industry-leading Tier 1 practice for private funds with an established track record in the private funds space helmed by leading private funds practitioners.

Requirements:

  1. Singapore qualified lawyer or trainees undergoing training to be called to the Singapore Bar.
  2. Some experience in funds and investment management preferred although not necessary.
  3. Possesses initiative, drive and commercial acumen, and can work well both independently and in a team.
  4. Good communication and drafting skills.
