Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan, source, and purchase pharmaceuticals and consumables.
  • Negotiate drug prices with suppliers to secure competitive rates.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels and track expiries (FEFO).
  • Liaise with vendors on quotations, deliveries, and product availability.
  • Ensure compliance with MOH guidelines and Minmed policies.
  • Coordinate deliveries and urgent replenishments with clinics and logistics.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing and stock documentation.
  • Assist in other ad hoc assignments as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • 1–2 years' experience in procurement or healthcare supply chain preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organisation skills.
  • Meticulous, reliable, and good with numbers.
