Summary of the Role
The Executive Butler delivers exceptional hospitality to executives and guests, ensuring seamless business-related experiences while overseeing daily office service operations with discretion, efficiency, and impeccable standards.
Location: Based in the corporate office at Raffles Place
Work Hours: Primarily Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with occasional duties outside regular hours to support events or engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional butler services to executives and guests, ensuring seamless execution of all business-related visits, meetings, events and gatherings.
- Oversee pantry, F&B preparation, and stock management to uphold high service standards.
- Supervise and coordinate service staff, including tea lady, residence helpers, and event personnel.
- Plan and support small-scale business functions, luncheons, and receptions.
- Assist in on-site service for corporate events.
Manage ad hoc provisions, errands, and logistics related to executive hospitality.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field, formal butler training preferred.
- Minimum 5 years experience, ideally with background as F&B Manager, Executive Butler, Maître d', Sommelier, or Sous Chef in a fine-dining environment.
- Meticulous, resourceful, and proactive with strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Discreet, professional, and dependable under all circumstances.
- Well-groomed, courteous, and service-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
