Job Responsibilities
- Standing-in on site as part of the manpower strength or as an extra personnel.
- Manage daily site operations of the projects assigned to you including deployment and rostering;
- Perform Job Posting to recruit on-site Security Personnel.
- Assist in the management the performance, morale and discipline of the projects assigned to you;
- Assist to conduct On-Job-Trainings, briefings and trainings for your security team to ensure that they are aware of the site processes and to keep them updated on any developments that may occur time to time;
- Assist to conduct investigations and vet incident reports submitted by the security team, and prepare and conduct After Action Report and/or Review for incidents;
- Assist to conduct security surveys of your assigned projects on a regular basis to ensure that the operating procedures are still relevant;
- Execute and coordinate drills to ensure your security team is aware of the emergency procedures;
- Assist with the enforcement of Standard Operating Procedures at work site.
- Responsible for the administration, documentation and logistics support for the projects under your purview;
- Assist to cover supervisory positions at work site for Supervisors that are on leave, off or absent.
- Assist with the recruitment and selection of security officers, where necessary; and
- Other tasks such as performing on-site stand-in duties etc. as assigned by the Management.
The ideal candidate must:
- Possess strong leadership and character. Prior supervisory experience is an advantage but not required; and
- Be able to cope well in a dynamic and challenging work environment as well as with stress and demanding work schedules;
- Be able to adhere to a 12-hour shift, 6-day work week arrangement.
