About Us:

At Oat & About, we're all about creating oat milk ice cream and plant-based baked treats that make people smile. We're looking for someone who loves interacting with customers and can uphold good hygiene standards.

What You'll Do:

  • Scoop ice cream, cashiering
  • Provide awesome customer service with a friendly attitude
  • Preparing waffle cones and drinks
  • Cleaning and washing
  • Make sure our shop front area stays organized.
  • Go to pop-ups and events to serve ice cream

What We're Looking For:

  • You can work independently and take responsibility for your duties.
  • At least 3 months of F&B experience.
  • Willing to work weekends and holidays.

Bonus Points If:

  • You've worked in a dessert or ice cream shop before.

Required

  • Food safety and handling (has proof of cert for Food Safety Course Level 1 )
  • We will require a minimum of 3 months of work commitment.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Freelance, Student job

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $ $11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
