We are seeking technically proficient Software Engineers with 3 to 5 years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions. The candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in platform configuration, workflow development, and systems integration, with a proven ability to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Development, Design and Implementation of ServiceNow modules including Strategic Portfolio Management, (ITBM), ITSM, FSM (Field Service), and CSM (Customer Service)

· Develop and maintain custom workflows, business rules, scripts, etc.

· Lead technical discussions and translate functional requirements into technical designs

· System upgrades, patch management, and ensure optimal performance and availability

· Implement ITIL-aligned processes: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB

· Create real-time dashboards, performance analytics, and operational reports

· Provide code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce development best practices

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant technology discipline.
  • 3 years of experience in enterprise IT operations, with specific focus on service delivery.
  • Hands-on involvement in managing or rolling out ITSM tools.
  • Well-versed in policy frameworks and internal control mechanisms for managing IT services and resources.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills to ensure consistent delivery and user alignment.

· WSD: Workplace Service Delivery, Concierge, Space Management

· IRM: Compliance Management, Operational Risk, Monitoring

Certifications:

· ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist –Strategic Portfolio Management, FSM, ITSM, APM, HR

· ServiceNow Certified System Administrator

· ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

· Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I)

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with ITIL concepts or equivalent frameworks in service management.
  • Prior experience supporting IT operations in government installations.
