Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation and management of BIM execution plans (BEP), standards, and workflows for multiple projects.
  • Coordinate and integrate multidisciplinary BIM models, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth BIM integration and clash-free models.
  • Conduct model reviews, quality checks, and clash detection using tools such as Navisworks, Solibri, or similar.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to BIM coordinators, modellers, and project teams.
  • Manage BIM data exchange, file management, and version control in a Common Data Environment (CDE).
  • Support project teams in utilizing BIM for design development, construction sequencing, and facility management.
  • Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies, trends, and best practices, recommending innovations where applicable.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of BIM experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM-related software.
  • Strong understanding of BIM standards and guidelines in Singapore (e.g., BCA BIM requirements).
  • Experience in multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
