Authorization & Workflow Specialist (SAP HCM) | Contract

We are looking for an Authorization & Workflow Specialist to join the team and support the smooth operation of e-HR system. In this role, you will ensure that the right people have the right access at the right time, and that approval workflows (e.g., leave approvals, promotion routing) run securely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and advice to users on system access and approval workflows.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to login, access rights, and workflow routing.
  • Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to implement changes or enhancements.
  • Test new access rules and workflows to ensure accuracy before going live.
  • Maintain and update access profiles when organizational changes occur.
  • Handle day-to-day support tickets and issue escalations.
  • Monitor automated access provisioning and deprovisioning, ensuring smooth HR operations.
  • Perform regular housekeeping of system access and roles in non-production environments.
  • Support audits and risk assessments by providing documentation and ensuring compliance with security principles (least privilege, segregation of duties).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in authorization, access control, or workflow support (experience with SAP, Windows, Weblogic, or Databases is good to have).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills to work with users, vendors, and management.
  • Familiarity with IT security concepts such as need-to-know basis, least privilege, and audit controls.
  • Able to work onsite and handle both daily operations and project-related tasks.
