Maintenance Planner

JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the planning and scheduling of all Maintenance activities to prepare jobs, as well as update and maintain the work order system daily.
• Manage CMMS to ensure all Work Orders are correct with details that include Priorities, Work Order Type, Equipment, Status, Work performed, Labour Hours, Materials and Follow-up to closure.
• Manage the parts inventory system. Maintain accurate inventory records, manage periodic cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Maximise inventory control, ensure critical spares are available, and equipment retains full reliability while stored.
• Responsible for the upkeep and accuracy of technical information on processes, plant and equipment.
• Obtains, organises, and maintains all information required for the work being performed. (i.e. drawings, vendor manuals, special procedures, diagrams, etc.).

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience as the Maintenance Planner role, proficient in Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS), preferably HxGN EAM (Enterprise Asset Management)
• Experiences in current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) environment (preferably Pharmaceutical)
• Ability to prepare GMP-related documents.
• Knowledge in Equipment Qualification based on GMP requirements
• Familiar with the local government code of practice and regulations
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
