Central Region, Singapore Talent Trader Group Pte Ltd Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire range of financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and managing cash flow
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of month-end and year-end financial closings
  • Compile and deliver financial reports and analyses to senior leadership and Group Finance to support strategic planning
  • Manage internal and external audit processes, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal control policies
  • Lead and support the finance team in executing day-to-day financial operations
  • Supervise the preparation of monthly and quarterly management reports, as well as annual financial statements, in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (International)
  • Establish and enforce financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and protect company resources
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure financial plans are aligned with the organization's strategic goals
  • Maintain communication with external parties including banks, auditors, and tax authorities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with brand standards
  • Uphold corporate governance practices and provide ad-hoc financial insights and reports as requested by management
  • Carry out additional tasks or responsibilities as delegated by senior leadership

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a financial management role
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
