About Us:

We're opening a unique Japanese Robatayaki-style dining experience right in the heart of Duxton Hill, Singapore. With premium ingredients flown in directly from Japan and an open-concept grill counter, we aim to deliver not just a meal — but an unforgettable culinary journey.

We're looking for dedicated and customer-focused service staff to join our opening team and grow with us from day one.

Position: Full-Time Waiter/Waitress
  • Location: 10 Duxton Hill, Singapore
  • Working Hours: 8-hour rotating shifts (between 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM)
  • Rest Days: 6 off days per month
  • Salary: $2,500 – $3,000/month (based on experience & performance)
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm, professional service to guests in a fast-paced environment
  • Guide customers through the menu and make recommendations
  • Take orders accurately and communicate with the kitchen team efficiently
  • Serve food and beverages with attention to detail and timing
  • Handle billing and payments
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, tables, and service stations
  • Uphold hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times
  • Support the team in daily operations and opening/closing duties
Requirements
  • Prior F&B service experience is preferred (but training will be provided)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for Japanese cuisine and hospitality
  • Friendly, outgoing, and team-oriented personality
  • Responsible, punctual, and professional appearance
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays
  • Good command of English; knowledge of Japanese is a plus
