Litigation Associate / Executive

Position: Litigation Associate / Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Preparing pleadings, affidavits, bundles, and court filings.
  • Conduct legal and factual research under supervision.
  • Manage and organise case files, track deadlines, and maintain proper documentation.
  • Liaise with clients, witnesses, and external stakeholders (e.g., experts, court staff).
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for hearings, mediations, and trials.
  • Handle electronic filing via the e-Litigation system and related procedural tasks.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Diploma in Law or Bachelor of Laws or other relevant certifications.
  • Experience: At least one year of work or training in a disputes focused law firm.
  • Skills: Strong organisational and case management skills, proficiency in MS Office and e-Litigation, good written and spoken English. Ability to handle and communicate with clients.
  • Competencies: Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, ethical conduct, and a collaborative mindset.

Salary: SGD 3,000 – SGD 7,500 per month

Location: Singapore
