Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide training on our products to customers, partners, and internal teams.

  • Carry out installations and configurations independently using product manuals.

  • You will upskill and obtain technical certifications for the products or technologies you handle, as applicable.

  • Over time, become a subject matter expert to assist in transferring domain knowledge and technical skills to our maintenance team to better support our customers.

  • Support the sales and support teams in technical matters, such as product feature clarification, implementation considerations, tender compliance, and other ad-hoc situations.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in IT, IS, Cyber Security, or related fields.

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in IT, IS, Cybersecurity preferred.

  • Strong understanding of technology infrastructures such as Firewalls, VPN, DLP, IDS/IPS, Web-Proxy, DNS, Email Security, Log Management, SIEM, Virtualization, Containers, AWS, Azure, Google cloud, DevOps/DevSecOps, Privilege Account Security, Identify Access Management, Endpoint Security, CyberArk.

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting various technologies, network, and system issues including routing, NAT, VLAN, Multicast, TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, AD, LDAP, RADIUS, SNMP, Syslog, SMTP, TLS, SSH.

  • Demonstrate a strong interest in staying updated on cybersecurity trends and hacking techniques.

  • Preference will be given to candidates with certifications such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Check Point CCSE/CCSM, Thales, CyberArk CDE, Trellix, ArcSight ESM/Logger, ITOM, SailPoint, CISSP, CREST, OSCP.

  • Proficiency in programming language like Python, C++, Java, JavaScript, Ruby, Bash scripting, and Power Shell is advantageous.

  • Compliance with Company Information Security Standards.
