Responsibilities:

  • Storage Inventory Management
  • Checking of physical qty and general packaging condition for new incoming
  • System Receiving (GR) and transfer items for CTE Inspection
  • Raise NCR for any discrepancy (related to PO qty / rev / part number) against system info to SCM team if not resolved within stipulated grace period
  • Binning of CTE accepted items / ARU new parts / Sub-con Repaired Serviceable to designated Storage area
  • Picking, Kitting & Issuing of parts requested via Work Orders / Manufacturing Orders
  • Consumable Kitting via Kanban Card
  • Processing of Exchange Requests from Workshop / Production & Scrap Request
  • Inventory Management (e.g. Inventory Storage 5S, Cycle-count, Expiring component management, Support Inventory Audit, etc)
  • General

    ​- Packaging material & stationery monitoring and replenishment
  • Monitoring and arrangement of calibration / servicing for essential equipment (e.g. weighing scale, material handling equipment, etc)
  • Filing of all related shipping / Warehouse essential document
  • Workplace 5S & HSE

Requirements:

  • Min. GCE O Level
  • Experience in Warehousing will be preferred
  • Basic Computer skills (e.g. Internet surfing, email, etc)

Other Information:

  • Work Location: Changi North Rise
  • Working Days: Monday - Friday
  • Company transport provided from designated MRT stations.
  • Contract for 1 Year, renewable based on business requirements
