Job Overview:

The Technical Sales-Support Engineer will play a key role in providing technical expertise and support to both local and overseas customers. This position bridges the gap between engineering and sales, ensuring that customer requirements are effectively translated into practical solutions. The ideal candidate is technically skilled, customer-oriented, and able to work collaboratively across teams to drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical sales support to customers in both local and international markets.
  • Attend to customers' product development requirements and modification requests, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Conduct training sessions for customers and distributors on product applications, technical specifications, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Work in partnership with internal sales teams, factories, distributors, and customers to ensure smooth technical communication and product performance.
  • Assist in preparing technical proposals, quotations, and product documentation to support sales initiatives.
  • Provide feedback to R&D and product teams for continuous improvement and new product development.
  • Support after-sales activities, including troubleshooting, testing, and field support when necessary.

Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in Electronics Engineering or Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
  • Hands-on experience in power electronics or related technical fields.
  • Strong understanding of electronic circuits, power systems, and product applications.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel locally and overseas when required.
