Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
• Design effective training programs
• Select and book venues
• Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc.
• Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos etc.
• Support and mentor new employees
• Keep attendance and other records
• Conduct evaluation to identify areas of improvement
• Monitor employee performance and response to training

Key Requirements

• Diploma in any field.
• Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B) required
• Certification (e.g. WLF, ACLP) is preferred but not essential. Applicants with ACLP will be given higher preference.
• Able to operate Ground Service Equipment (GSE)/ machineries used in airport preferred but not essential
• Willing to learn to operate all SATS GSE in order to conduct training
• Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools preferred
• Experience as a trainer preferred
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Powerpoint)
• Confident in engaging an audience
• Good time management
• Critical thinking and decision making
