Basic salary commission

Responsibilities:

Client Management & Business Development

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

· Identify new business opportunities and pitch recruitment solutions

· Negotiate terms of business with clients

Candidate Sourcing & Management

· Develop effective sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals

· Screen, interview, and assess candidates to match them with suitable roles

· Guide candidates through the hiring process and ensure a positive experience

Recruitment Process Management

· Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job briefing, sourcing, interviews, and offer negotiation

· Provide market insights and salary bench-marking to clients

Requirements:

· Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

· 1-3 years of recruitment or sales experience (agency experience preferred)

· MOM CEI certified

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Goal-oriented with a passion for people
