  • Track and manage R&D and capital expenditures, and approve spending within the stipulated guidelines
  • Ensure new products developed meet both the customers and organizational objectives (budgets, revenue and profit goals)
  • Drive effective management and control of the design process in accordance to corporate policies, division/business unit new product development procedures, and internal & external quality standards
  • Participate in Management business review of new product strategies
