**Job Descriptions**:
- Plan & supervise the project works and maintenance of facilities by vendors: e.g. temperature, humidity, electrical, water, Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) systems.
- Manage and perform daily maintenance of facilities in the lighting and electrical systems, pipework, fire sprinklers, fire detection and fire alarm systems.
- Perform handyman or technician works for the building, premises and facility maintenance or repair activities in the company: e.g. lighting, doors, windows, air conditioning PVC pipes
- Ensure maintenance, repair, servicing & installation works by the contractors are carried out satisfactorily and adequately in accordance with contract agreements, SOP and various permits.
- Plan, schedule & liaise with the respective head of department for maintenance activities in their department areas to avoid downtime.
- Assist in regular facility and safety inspection with follow-up to close the observations
- Update Facility maintenance program
- Monitor pest control, environmental & all fire safety related tasks.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Engineering or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience working in facility & safety management.
- Working knowledge of cGMP is added advantage.
- Strong written / oral communication skills, organizational, and multi-tasking skills, proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
- Willing to work after office hours and weekends
- Positive working attitude.

**Working Hours**:5 days week (8.00am - 5.15pm)
