Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized recommendations

  • Sales: Meet sales targets by promoting products, upselling, and cross-selling

  • Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on products, features, and benefits to offer expert advice

  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including visual merchandising and inventory management

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred

  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities

  • Product Knowledge: Ability to learn and retain product information

  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
