Design and Creative Responsibilities

Collaborate with the brand team to understand marketing needs and design retail-related materials that enhance product visibility and promotional impact.

Create and manage designs for a wide range of in-store and online materials, including:

  • In-store promotional posters (various sizes)
  • Social media posts
  • Digital visuals for online and large format displays (LFDs)
  • X banners
  • Event flyers and posters
  • Display promo blurbs (for mobile, tablet, or wearable devices)
  • Other POSM (Point of Sale Materials)

Support brand marketing and online marketing teams by designing or adapting visuals for digital and social media platforms, including:

  • Digital banners for partner websites
  • Facebook and Instagram posts
Workload and Peak Period Management
  • Peak periods (Key flagship launches):
    • Manage and deliver up to artworks with unlimited revisions and updates across various teams (IM TM, IM Marcom, Online Marketing).
  • Low periods (Non-flagship periods):
    • Deliver 30-50 artworks with similar revision and update requirements.
Creative Expertise
  • Maintain a strong portfolio and expertise in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (basic mastery required).
  • Think creatively to develop innovative design concepts and visuals that engage and attract shoppers.
  • Provide copywriting support when needed.
Project Management
  • Effectively multitask to complete multiple design projects within designated timelines.
  • Coordinate with service centers for the repair of Retail Display Units (RDUs).
  • Work with external vendors for the production and printing of POSM materials.
Key Skills
  • Strong creativity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to think conceptually and translate ideas into impactful visuals.
  • Flexibility to accommodate unlimited revisions and adjustments as per team feedback.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking capabilities.

*Please note that this is a 1 year contract role, renewable.

Office located at Pasir Panjang.

This role reports directly to the Store Manager.
