RENTAL BILLING MANAGEMENT

  • Manage tenants' rental billing cycle and utilities payments

  • Manage tenants' refund payments and credit notes

  • Assist in arrears management including monitoring rental payments, arrears reporting and following up with tenants for outstanding payment

  • Liaise with tenants and auditors (internal & external) on billing queries

  • Updating and maintaining the Rental Management System (RMS)

LEASE ADMINISTRATION

  • Provide lease management support which includes preparation of tenancy related documents such as Letters of Offer/Award and tenancy agreements

  • Follow up on outstanding lease documents, stamping of lease documents, tracking of Lease renewals and expiries and any ad hoc duties related to lease management

  • Maintain tenant filing system and ensure tenants' information are updated in SBST app Handle general office administrative duties and budgeting

  • Attend to tenant's queries and general queries from public prospects

Requirements:

  • Recognized Diploma in Accounting/Finance, Business Management/Real Estate, or its equivalent

  • At least 2 years relevant experience in billing/accounting management, lease management/property development

  • Good knowledge of SAP system

  • Familiar with full spectrum of billing process

  • Familiar with billing systems with GTO component

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint

  • Good analytical and writing skills

  • Able to perform under pressure

  • A keen learner and team player

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
