RENTAL BILLING MANAGEMENT
-
Manage tenants' rental billing cycle and utilities payments
-
Manage tenants' refund payments and credit notes
-
Assist in arrears management including monitoring rental payments, arrears reporting and following up with tenants for outstanding payment
-
Liaise with tenants and auditors (internal & external) on billing queries
-
Updating and maintaining the Rental Management System (RMS)
LEASE ADMINISTRATION
-
Provide lease management support which includes preparation of tenancy related documents such as Letters of Offer/Award and tenancy agreements
-
Follow up on outstanding lease documents, stamping of lease documents, tracking of Lease renewals and expiries and any ad hoc duties related to lease management
-
Maintain tenant filing system and ensure tenants' information are updated in SBST app Handle general office administrative duties and budgeting
-
Attend to tenant's queries and general queries from public prospects
Requirements:
-
Recognized Diploma in Accounting/Finance, Business Management/Real Estate, or its equivalent
-
At least 2 years relevant experience in billing/accounting management, lease management/property development
-
Good knowledge of SAP system
-
Familiar with full spectrum of billing process

Familiar with billing systems with GTO component
-
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
-
Good analytical and writing skills
-
Able to perform under pressure

A keen learner and team player

Good interpersonal and communication skills
