Job DescriptionThe Social Work Associate (SWA) works in varied practice contexts where he/she offers support in welfare, case co-ordination and renders supportive counselling to the community. SWA works with Social Workers to ensure clients are well-served and programmes are executed, and objectives are met.
Job Responsibilites:
- Assist in coordinating casework, groupwork and community development activities and programmes, supporting community events and performing administrative functions
- Support the planning and implementation of programmes at the centre
- Assist in providing interventions and evaluations for programmes conducted
- Support community outreach activities and group work
- Diploma in Business Administration or Social Work
- Other disciplines can be considered
- 1-2 years prior experience in Social Service Sector
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

- People-oriented and good interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Keen interest in keeping up with evolving digital trends
- Analytical ability & problem-solving skills to analyse information quickly and accurately, and formulate decisions and make recommendations
