Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations, including installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance works.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure works are carried out in compliance with safety regulations, company standards, and project specifications.
  • Monitor project progress, prepare daily/weekly site reports, and escalate issues where necessary.
  • Review drawings, technical documents, and method statements to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
  • Support the Project Manager in scheduling, resource allocation, and problem-solving.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure workmanship and safety compliance.
  • Assist in handling Permit-to-Work (PTW) applications and liaising with relevant authorities when required.
  • Provide technical guidance and supervision to site technicians and workers.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related Engineering discipline.
  • 3–5 years of relevant site engineering experience, with preference for candidates who have worked on M&E or construction projects in Singapore.
  • Good knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and site practices.
  • Hands-on experience in supervising subcontractors, site workers, and handling project documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks on-site.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, or other engineering software is an advantage.
  • A team player with a proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
