- Handle and process purchase enquiries
- Follow up with vendors on quotations, ensuring compliance with required specifications
- Negotiate logistics costs to achieve cost efficiency
- Update the Sales Department regularly on the status of enquiries
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager
Job Requirements:
- GCE O-Level qualification or equivalent
- Bilingual in English and Chinese, as the role involves regular communication with Chinese-speaking suppliers
