Bedok North, Singapore One Spine Pte. Ltd. Full time $30,000 - $60,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for day-to-day operations at the clinic
  • Assist the Doctor as they provide chiropractic and physical rehabilitation treatment
  • Communicate and provide assistance to our patients - Schedule appointments and answer telephone enquiries and emails
  • Management of invoices and payments at the clinic - Ensure that the clinic is kept clean and tidy at all times
  • Participate in corporate events (if required)
  • *Rotation to different clinics (other branch in Clementi) when deemed necessary to support the clinic operations*

Requirements:

  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Work proactively within a team of staff
  • Confident and fluent in English
  • Computer Literacy is required
  • Responsible, dependable, and punctual
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a clinic environment
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred
  • To work at our Clementi outlet once a week and provide coverage when necessary.

Working hours:

5 work days - 4 Weekdays & 1 Weekend (38hrs only)

Monday to Friday: 10.00am - 2.00pm, 4.00pm - 8.00pm

Saturday & Sunday: 9.00am - 3.00pm

One Spine Chiropractic came to life in 2019 when two friends Dr. Melanie and Dr. Anthony decided to combine their years of chiropractic wellness experience. This dynamic duo aims to increase the awareness that we only have One Spine, and it is something that we should take good care of. We care for people of all ages from grandchildren to grandparents and especially love seeing the growing family members in our clinic: babies, children, and mums-to-be. "
