About the role

Inspirred Pte Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Woodlands North Region. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective assembling and testing pump of our industry – Semi-con. This full-time position will involve overseeing all aspects of the assembling and testing process, from optimising workflows to implementing quality control measures.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assembling and testing pump
  2. Monitoring and optimising parts and machinery
  3. Developing and implementing quality control and assurance procedures to maintain high product standards
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as design and repairs to identify and resolve quality issues
  5. Providing technical support and on-job training to ensure adherence to best practices

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineer role, preferably within the electronics or engineering industry
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
  4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively cross-functionally
