Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreements and other documents and render legal advice
  • provide legal advice and support to the group of companies on a broad range of commercial issues
  • Handle the setting up of subsidiaries, associates branch and project offices as well as the closing or liquidation of such set up
  • Coordinate with external legal counsels and consultants as well as over see the progress of their work
  • Coordinate with and advice business units and departments on legal matters
  • Any other duties to be assigned from time to time

Requirements:

  • Degree in Law
  • 4-7 years post-qualification experience in construction industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as part of a team
  • Willing to travel when required
