Responsibilities

  • Manage capacity plans and shipment schedules, and follow up on daily production and shipping status.
  • Update customers on shipment timing and handle all communication related to quality, delivery, and service.
  • Schedule orders and coordinate with the manufacturing team to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Plan weekly and monthly production schedules and align shipment plans with customers and production.
  • Work with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Suppliers to speed up material delivery and check purchasing accuracy.
  • Develop customer demand forecasts and ensure the forecast is accurate and realistic.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business / Marketing / Engineering studies
  • Candidate with relevant experience are welcome to apply
