You'll make a difference by:

• Drive Fire Safety Solution Sales: Lead sales efforts for fire safety systems in greenfield and brownfield projects. Engage contractors and consultants to deliver code-compliant, innovative fire protection solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Maximize Fire Safety Market Potential: Identify high-potential segments (e.g., data centers, healthcare, industrial) and position Siemens as a trusted provider of integrated fire safety and smart building solutions.
• Deliver Sales & Profit Growth: Achieve business targets through strategic, value-based selling of fire safety systems—focusing on high-margin, compliant, and future-ready offerings.
• Build Trusted Client Relationships: Establish long-term relationships by delivering reliable fire safety solutions and acting as a consultative advisor on compliance and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate for Safe Project Delivery: Work with internal teams (engineering, bid, project management) to ensure seamless delivery of fire safety solutions. Promote cross-unit collaboration to offer integrated Siemens solutions.
• Drive Digital Fire Safety Innovation: Advocate for smart fire safety technologies—remote diagnostics, IoT-enabled systems—supporting both safety compliance and sustainability goals.

Your Defining Qualities:

• Fire Safety Sales Expertise: 5–8 years of experience in fire safety solution sales, with strong knowledge of detection, alarm, and suppression systems and relevant codes.
• Technical & Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of fire protection technologies and industry regulations, with ability to design compliant, integrated solutions.
• Strategic & Agile: Proven ability to align fire safety solutions with client goals, adapting to changing regulations and market needs.
• Effective Communicator: Skilled at translating technical fire safety offerings into clear value for stakeholders including consultants, contractors, and end-users.
• Problem Solver with Safety Focus: Experience managing complex, compliance-driven projects with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Collaborative & Accountable: Self-driven team player who thrives in cross-functional, multicultural environments focused on customer success and safety.
