Job Title: Accounts Executive

Work Week: 5 days

Working hours: 9am - 6pm

Industry: Food & Beverage/Production

Job Scope:

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the timely preparation of accounting deliverables (financial statements / management reports / GST filing / Tax Filling) required
  • Review of supporting financial documents (invoices, bank statements)
  • Ensure that clients comply with local statutory and GST requirements
  • Provide guidance and advice on matters (accounting/GST) and escalate these matters to manager if required
  • To be an effective coach/leader to fellow team members
  • Ensure the timely processing and sending of invoice upon the completion of engagement

Requirements:

  • Education: Relevant Accounting discipline (Diploma/ACCA/Degree/Advanced Diploma)
  • Have at least 1 year of working experience relevant
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Xero
