Tampines, Singapore Spectrum Audio Visual Pte Ltd Full time $40,000 - $60,000 per year

The incumbent will be based at Tampines Central and will be responsible for checking and troubleshooting service video conferencing/Microsoft Teams solutions (such as Microsoft Teams Rooms – MTR). They will ensure the solutions remain fully functional and provide support for after-sales services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with manufacturers and Engineers to implement and service video conferencing/ MS team solutions
  • Conduct end user trainings to end users on how to use the Solution(s) implemented.
  • Perform system checking
  • Assist in after sales services
  • System configuration, Testing & Commissioning of Integrated Audio Visual and Videoconferencing solution

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of audio visual experience
  • Must be able to speak Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking stakeholder
  • Familiar with Microsoft Teams Room (MTR)
