SOC Floater

Locations: Island wide – Changi, Central and North – Central

Salary Range: $3,800.00 to $4,300.00

Workdays: 22 – 24 workdays (rotating shifts)

Work Hours: 12 hours

SOC Experience: 2 – 5 Years

Job Requirement:

• Advanced computer skills and proficiency, including – Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Have a keen interest in global security risks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work under little to no direct supervision.
• A strong customer service focus.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to think through problems for logical solutions and remain calm and professional under stress.
• Strong decision-making ability during both crisis and non-crisis situations.
• Must be able to speak clearly, give direction, and provide guidance to employees and security staff during emergencies.
• Able to work and communicate effectively with all levels of leadership.
• High ethical standards with proven ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information, excellent judgment, discretion, and diplomacy.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality about specifics of sensitive information related to the role.
• Experience with inventory management
• Situational report writing skills.
• Experience with security themed tooling, such as EverBridge, Genetec
• Experience using Jira
