We are seeking a qualified candidate to take on the responsibility of designing, installing, testing, and maintaining public address and voice alarm systems for commercial, industrial, and public infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

System Design & Planning

  • with knowledge in PA system layouts and schematics derived from architectural drawings and acoustic specifications.
  • Ensure adherence to SS546:2022 standards for Emergency Voice Communications system.
  • Oversee the installation of PA systems, which includes tasks such as cabling, speaker positioning, and setting up control panels.
  • Perform system testing, tuning, and commissioning to guarantee superior sound coverage and clarity.
  • Integrate PA systems with fire alarm and emergency evacuation systems for enhanced safety.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of PA systems.
  • Identify faults and take corrective actions swiftly.
  • Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, user guides, and training resources for clients and operators.

Required skills

  • Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Audio Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of acoustics, signal processing, and audio system design.
  • Familiarity with PA/VA systems from manufacturers like Bosch, TOA, Honeywell, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • 3–5 years in PA system engineering, preferably in infrastructure or large-scale building projects.
