Job Title: Deputy Manager, Finance
Location: Harbourfront
Employment Type: 1 year direct contract

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented finance professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial reporting and compliance functions for several Singapore-based assets. You will also support various group-level initiatives, working closely with both local and international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full set of financial accounts for several directly owned Singapore assets
  • Review monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports for selected portfolio assets
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax laws, and statutory regulations
  • Collaborate with finance teams across local and overseas subsidiaries to support accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for assigned assets
  • Maintain and enhance financial policies and procedures to support group-wide compliance
  • Support internal and external audit processes, ensuring timely resolution of audit findings
  • Assist in preparing materials for Audit Committee and Board meetings at the asset level
  • Coordinate with company secretaries and management on subgroup Board meetings and resolutions
  • Liaise with internal teams and external advisors, including portfolio management, corporate finance, and tax consultants
  • Participate in ad hoc projects such as M&A due diligence and other strategic initiatives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related field
  • 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Independent, meticulous, and hands-on, with a collaborative team spirit
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities
  • Experience with SAP/BPC and Yardi is a plus
  • CPA or CA certification is advantageous
