Description:
ST Engineering Urban Solutions Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to join our Mobility Rail division, based at the ST Engineering Jurong East Building. This role is positioned within the MRL - P&L Center, reporting to the MPS level within our organizational structure.
As a Project Manager in Mobility Rail, you will play a critical role in leading and coordinating complex projects that support the advancement and operation of our rail transportation solutions. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of initiatives that enhance rail mobility services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management activities for mobility rail initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and compliance with industry standards.
- Develop detailed project plans, track progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project health.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, finance, and external stakeholders, to foster collaboration and deliver seamless project execution.
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation efficiently, maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders on status, challenges, and milestones.
- Ensure documentation, reporting, and adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Engage with clients and partners to understand requirements, provide updates, and build strong working relationships that support business growth.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in project management within the rail or broader transportation sector, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, adept at engaging diverse teams and stakeholders with clarity and professionalism.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to adapt processes to meet unique project needs.
- A detail-oriented mindset combined with strategic thinking to drive effective decision making and problem-solving.
