Job Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for managing automated production lines, reviewing design improvements and optimizations, and developing documentation for engineering and technical development processes.
  2. Lead and manage the engineering team, assign tasks to engineers/technicians, and develop technical skill training plans for engineering personnel.
  3. Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as production and process engineering, coordinate equipment installation, and ensure project timelines are met.
  4. Guide engineers in delivering DFA (Design for Assembly) and DFM (Design for Manufacturing) analyses for new process products, and drive relevant departments to resolve DFX-related issues.
  5. Organize and guide process validations to address various risks associated with engineering equipment; provide direction in conceptual design and planning for automated line equipment.
  6. Lead the team in identifying, analyzing, and resolving anomalies at various stages of automation projects to ensure on-time and high-quality project delivery.
  7. Develop and execute IQ (Installation Qualification), OQ (Operational Qualification), and PQ (Performance Qualification) reports for engineering equipment, and support customer audits.

Job Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Design, Automation, or a related field; minimum of 8 years of experience in automation equipment development and project management.
  2. Proficient in English and Chinese, capable of communicating with overseas teams and presenting automation production lines verbally.
  3. Experience in mechanical design for dispensing or screw-driving equipment is preferred; candidates with independent experience in developing large-scale equipment or full automation lines will be prioritized.
  4. Proficient in design software such as CAD.
  5. Familiar with mechanical principles and machining processes.
  6. Strong logical thinking, capable of independently analyzing and solving problems.
  7. Quick thinker, efficient worker, with excellent communication and service mindset, strong teamwork spirit, and a high sense of responsibility.
  8. Experience in managing overseas equipment projects is a plus.
