Heartland Rehab/City Rehab is expanding across Singapore, and we're looking for experienced, passionate physiotherapists who want to make a real impact. If you value clinical excellence, mentorship, and being part of a high-performing team — we want to hear from you.


Positions Available:

1. Senior Physiotherapist


• Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy


• Minimum 5 years of experience (preferably in MSK/Sports settings)


• Strong in independent case management and mentoring junior physios

2. Principal Physiotherapist


• Demonstrates clinical and leadership excellence


• Proven ability to guide, inspire, and manage a team


• Minimum 5 years of experience (preferably in MSK/Sports settings)


• Passionate about teaching, systems building, or practice growth

  • Choa Chu Kang
  • City Rehab @ Somerset
  • Joo Chiat
  • Woodleigh
  • Queenstown


What We're Looking For:

  • Strong MSK and/or sports rehabilitation foundation
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Willingness to be part of a fast-growing, multidisciplinary team
  • Open to mentorship roles, process optimisation, and high standards of care


Salary & Benefits:

  • Average monthly gross
    : SGD $5,000 – $10,000+
  • Base salary + tiered commission
  • Annual training funds up to $1,000
