Finance Business Partner (Buildings)

You'll Make an Impact By:

• Serve as a Strategic Advisor: Act as a key business partner to senior management, providing financial commercial expertise and data-driven insights to support strategic planning and decision-making for both direct and indirect business channels.
• Drive Financial Performance Strategy: Lead performance management through in-depth financial analysis, planning/forecasting and reporting, focusing on key metrics like profitability, revenue, and cash flow for all business segments, including our indirect partners business channel to achieve business objectives.
• Manage Financial Risk: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks and opportunities, working proactively to develop and implement risk management strategies across the entire business portfolio.
• Support Business Initiatives: Provide financial due diligence and analysis for new business models, investments, and projects, ensuring they are commercially viable and strategically sound.
• Operational Excellence & Optimization: Drive productivity improvements and enhance competitiveness through harmonization, optimization, digitalization of commercial structure, tools, processes and control.
• Lead Business Transformation: Develop and execute financial strategies in alignment with global and local management business transformation initiatives.
• Champion a Culture of Excellence: Promote best practices in financial processes, controls, and reporting, driving a culture of transparency and accountability within the business unit, ensuring compliance to relevant internal and external guidelines.

Your Defining Qualities:

• Relevant Financial Expertise: You have a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with 8+ years of professional experience in a similar Finance Business Partner role, preferably in a large, complex organization.
• Strong Analytical Acumen: You possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to conduct financial modeling, variance analysis, and market-based assessments.
• Business Acumen: You have a deep understanding of cross-borders product business and channel partner business, commercial drivers, and industry trends, enabling you to effectively link financial performance to business outcomes.
• Communication & Influence: You're a skilled communicator and presenter, capable of translating complex financial information into clear insights and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Systems Proficiency: You're proficient with financial systems and tools, with good knowledge of SAP.
• Proactive & Collaborative: You're a self-motivated team player who takes initiative, collaborates effectively across functions, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
