We are looking for a sales-driven and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Live-Streaming Host & Retail Assistant. This role combines in-store retail responsibilities with engaging live-streaming to promote our footwear products and enhance customer engagement both online and offline.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Execute daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct live broadcasts on platforms like TikTok, providing engaging and informative content to attract and retain viewers.
  • Showcase footwear products, highlighting features, benefits, and selling points to generate interest and drive sales.
  • Interact with viewers professionally and in a timely manner through comments, likes, and live chat.
  • Maintain a consistent tone and image that aligns with the brand during live sessions.
  • Ensure live streams are lively, interactive, and enjoyable to enhance audience engagement.
  • Understand the brand, products, and target customer demographics.
  • Multitask effectively while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
  • Assist with inventory management and in-store merchandising.

Requirements:

  • Customer-oriented with a passion for retail and online engagement.
  • Good command of English; additional languages (Mandarin, Malay, Tamil) are a plus.
  • Minimum 1 year of retail experience; experience in talent, hosting, or content creation is a bonus.
  • Natural on camera and comfortable with livestreaming.
  • Enthusiastic, motivated, hardworking, and eloquent.
  • Passion for presenting, reviewing, and promoting footwear products.
  • Interested in becoming a committed livestream host.
  • Ability to work independently and commit to retail working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Fashion and lifestyle awareness is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $2,305.00 per month
