Lead and manage large-scale Control Radio & Gas Monitoring projects, leveraging prior experience in computer hardware assembly, testing, and system integration to ensure precision and reliability.
Develop advanced project schedules and cost-control models (Primavera P6/MS Project) with strong emphasis on hardware-software interfacing and field testing validation.
Coordinate with cross-border engineering teams, OEM vendors, and regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with international standards (IEC, IEEE, ISO) and industry best practices.
Oversee site implementation, FAT/SAT testing, and system commissioning, drawing on practical experience in high-volume electronics manufacturing and quality assurance processes.
Review and approve technical documents including control system architecture, functional test procedures, and integration plans.
Prepare bilingual technical documentation, claims, and reports (English & Mandarin) to support multinational project stakeholders.
Mentor engineers and technicians, cultivating a culture of precision engineering, quality-first mindset, and teamwork.
Conduct advanced risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies based on both manufacturing QA/QC principles and project management standards (PMI/PMBOK).
Represent the company in high-level meetings with international clients, consultants, and government regulators, strengthening strategic partnerships.
