Our client is one of the largest global Semiconductor MNC in the world.

The position, located in Singapore, is an exciting opportunity to be part of a flexible

and dynamic team working in the growing markets of image sensor. You will join a proactive team, within the Department of the Imaging division. The team is in charge of the design of image sensors (consumer, industrial and automotive applications). Within the Imaging division, Silicon TM is leading technology tuning and pixel developments related to his project scope.

Responsibilities:
Must handle several aspects: handling teams, estimate design effort, schedule project timelines, arrange for resources and, also help in solving human and technical problems when needed. You are accountable for design planning, targets, deliverables, making decisions and is the principal technical interface with the customer.Be responsible for the overall silicon development.Lead the technical specification of the product with design and architecture.Acts as a technical leader to make choice and converge on project daily complex multi-competence technical interactions and issues to be solved. Acts as technical leader of Hardware & Software System Verification on image sensor and report to key customer about the system verification status.Follow-up and lead, as a technical leader, all related activities included in a mix-IC Silicon development such as architecture, analog design, layout, digital RTL, verification, Firmware, physical implementation and DFT.Be a project manager to structure and align real project execution within the company and Imaging project development standards.Ensure proper post-PG activities by supporting Validation, Engineering, Characterization, reliability and qualification activities by being the primary design interface for his program.Be part of the Program Management core team reporting directly to Imaging Business line & to Imaging Division management.As a project team manager must master leadership soft skills to ensure the best team motivation, commitment and rigorous process application.In addition to the many challenges of image sensor design development, the Silicon Technical Manager is contributing to Architecture and Design Flow development and understanding to all our inter-team colleagues across Imaging development sites. This policy of enhancing skills in each field is greatly encouraged and actively pursued during each project for all team members.

Requirements:
A Master of Engineering degree in Microelectronics/Electronics Engineering, or an equivalent pathway.5+ years of relevant experience in digital and analog design.Experience of Analog and/or Digital Leader on a project.Good knowledge of analog and/or digital design.Good knowledge of regulator, ADC, oscillators or/and Verilog RTL design.Advanced knowledge of IC Design Hardware, firmware is a plus.Knowledge of automotive functional safety standards ISO26262 is a plus.Knowledge in CMOS image sensors and in image data processing is a plus.Proactive, autonomous, and forward thinking.Team player with ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
