Preferred Period of Internship Required: January June/July 2026 

Preferred School/Course of Intern: Undergraduate students from Marketing, Communication, Business and related disciplines.

Excited to learn more about our works to build these international trusted brands, come join our Marketing Internship The Marketing Intern will be under guidance the of a Marketing Manager and together with multifunctional teams, will get involved in work to promote awareness and education of our brands.  

Responsibilities:

You will be required to:

Digital Activation: 

• Work on key projects to increase the brand presence in digital world, including social content calendar, community management, advertisement execution, media reporting, e-shop communication, online sales campaign, brand website, etc.…
• Plan and work with various departments to ensure all marketing contents' compliance in a timely manner.

Launch Activation:

• Partner with agencies and internal stakeholders / teams to activate new launch products or campaigns.  
• Build and execute assigned online and offline marketing initiatives. Coordinate with external agencies on new product sampling program, instore activation, stock management and related logistics arrangement 

Market Analysis: 

• Work with market research agency to analyze consumption data for key brands
• Draw workable insights from monthly data and present them to the larger team during monthly reviews

Throughout the course of the internship, you will attain the following learning objectives:

• Stakeholder Management - Opportunity to work with stakeholders across the organization including sales, marketing, finance, regulatory, medical, product quality, supply chain and also external stakeholders such as vendors, retailers and social/media/creative agencies. 
• Brand Management Skills – Gain understanding on how to market consumer health products in Singapore and hand-on experience of brand campaign planning and execution. 
• Project Management Skills – Coordination and facilitation of different crucial elements of a business or brand plan execution. 
• Discover individual's strengths, interest and suitability for the commercial arena

Business Skills and Competencies

• Preferred educational background – Business, Marketing, Communication or relevant studies
• Project management skill 
• Marketing-related internship or experience is preferred.  
• Understanding of Social media platforms eg. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and its trends is a plus 

Behavioral Skills and Competencies

• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written  
• Have high attention to details, follow through and focus on delivering assigned work. 
• Deadline-driven, flexible with self-reliance to work in an empowered environment. Can deal with complexity and high level of administrative process.  
• Fast learner, self-motivated 
• Able to work both individually and as a team player. Have a keen interest to help others 
• A keen interest in consumer healthcare science, product and development, and a passion for knowledge
