Endoscopy Nurse

Join our growing Day Surgery Centre, where you'll play a critical role in supporting safe, smooth and efficient endoscopy procedures for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:Pre-Procedure (Endoscopy)
- Prepare procedure rooms and ensure all equipment is sterilised, functional, and ready for use.
- Receive and assess patients prior to procedures, ensuring consent forms and documentation are complete.
- Educate patients and caregivers on preparation and aftercare instructions.
- Assist physicians during endoscopy procedures, maintaining strict infection control standards.
Intra- & post-procedure
- Support physicians and anaesthetists during procedures as needed.
- Monitor patients immediately post-procedure for vital signs, airway, and consciousness levels.
- Communicate effectively with the clinical team regarding patient status.
- Ensure smooth patient handover or discharge after recovery.
Essential
- Registered Nurse with valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) license.
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing.
- Strong clinical assessment, observation, and teamwork skills.
- Good communication and patient-service orientation.
Preferred
- Prior experience in Endoscopy / Operating Theatre / Day Surgery.
- BCLS and ACLS certifications.
- Stable day surgery hours (no night shifts).
- Work alongside experienced surgeons and anaesthetists in a modern facility.
