Interior Design Project Manager (Mid-Level)

Location: Singapore (On-site / Hybrid)

We are seeking a Project Manager with proven experience in interior design and construction management to lead residential and commercial fit-out projects.

This role suits someone who is highly organised, proactive, and detail-driven, comfortable taking ownership of multiple projects, anticipating problems, and ensuring quality from concept to completion.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage interior design projects from planning to handover.
  2. Coordinate with designers, clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  3. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  4. Supervise site execution with millimetre precision and design accuracy.
  5. Ensure construction meets design intent and market standards.
  6. Compare vendor quotes and prepare cost estimates and purchase lists.
  7. Resolve on-site issues promptly and effectively.
  8. Maintain clear documentation of revisions, approvals, and variation orders.
  9. Provide regular project updates and progress reports.
  10. Ensure cost-effective, high-quality project execution.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Construction Management.
  • 3–5 years of experience in interior project management/fit-out in Singapore is preferred; otherwise, general project managers should have at least 3 consequtive years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of drawings, materials, and site coordination.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUpis an advantage, not a must.
  • Savvy with MS Excel and PowerPoint is mandatory.
  • Ability to use AI tools to self-solve, improve accuracy, documentation, and workflow speed.
  • Capable of managing quotations, vendor comparisons, and purchase follow-ups.
  • Possession of a personal vehicle is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience with people management and client/vendor handling skills.
  • Driven, accountable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
