We are looking for a WAT Test Engineer to join our team in semiconductor manufacturing. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining WAT (Wafer Acceptance Test) testkeys and measurement programs, while ensuring the stability of our production line systems. You will work closely with process integration engineers and contribute to new tape-outs and WAT test job.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Process Integration Engineers on WAT test plan setup and SPC data review.
  • Work with SPECs system on UNIX/LINUX workstations .
  • Maintain and troubleshoot WAT production line measurement systems to ensure operational stability.
  • Operate and optimize measurement systems, particularly the Keysight 4073/4082 Test System.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Fresh graduates with a strong interest in semiconductor testing are also welcome; comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor device, Excel VBA, Python, UNIX/LINUS shell script is a plus.
