About the Role
Our client is a fast-growing company in the skincare and wellness industry. We're looking for a dynamic and strategic IT Business Partner to drive digital transformation and IT excellence across operations. This is a hybrid role that blends hands-on IT management with business partnering – working closely with the CEO and leadership team to align technology with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and continuously improve company's IT systems and networks.
- Collaborate with the CEO, partners, and business leaders to identify IT opportunities, prioritize projects, and drive ROI, productivity, and compliance.
- Develop and implement IT strategies for upgrades, maintenance, contingency planning, and uninterrupted operations.
- Proactively recommend emerging technologies, troubleshoot to minimize downtime, and optimize maintenance costs.
- Provide operational IT support to meet business and CEO expectations.
- Lead the IT Continuous Improvement program and ensure incident tickets are resolved within KPI targets.
- Oversee IT hardware, software, and licensing (PCs, servers, workstations, tablets, printers, scanners, mobile devices).
- Administer software and manage licenses, risk remediation, and system monitoring.
- Execute system recovery, performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and build effective working relationships.
- Develop and maintain IT SOPs, conduct staff training, and ensure alignment with best practices.
IT Business Partner Functions
- Act as the main link between IT and business functions, ensuring solutions add value and meet requirements.
- Anticipate and deliver IT needs aligned with business strategy.
- Translate business needs into technology requirements and ensure end-users are trained and supported.
- Drive effective communication with stakeholders and ensure IT tools are cost-effective and fit for purpose.
Operational Duties
- Maintain and secure IT networks and data protection measures.
- Manage backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
- Operate and oversee Helpdesk support, AV equipment, phone systems, mail systems, and CCTV.
- Report monthly IT activities, threats, and planned initiatives.
- Procure, manage, and maintain IT hardware, software, and licenses.
- Manage vendor contracts, SLAs, and external providers.
- Lead IT projects and maintain accurate records of IT systems and assets.
Cybersecurity & Compliance
- Lead GDPR compliance, including secure data transfer, email encryption, and multi-factor authentication.
- Assess and implement ISO 27001 if required.
- Ensure secure wiping and refurbishment of PCs and laptops for reuse or resale.
- Develop IT policies in line with Finance and management.
- Conduct annual security penetration testing and enforce corrective actions.
- Monitor IT trends and recommend improvements to strengthen data protection and business continuity.
