We are looking for new talent to join us to provide families a comforting experience for this journey. Experience is not critical but a passion to serve and help others is vital.

We are currently looking for Full Time Administrative personnel to join our team.

The Role

This role requires a meticulous individual who is well organized and can time-manage well.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to columbarium and management teams.

• Data entries and customer services

• Maintain proper filling & documentation and perform general administration

• Support enquiries for Columbarium niches &/or Parlour from walk-in, phone calls or email

• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Skills & Experience:

• At least 2+ years' experience in administrative work

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Strong relationship management skills, clear verbal and written communication skills

• Able to work independently under fast paced environment

• Industry Knowledge of religious, cultural, customs and burial practices is a plus

• Independent self-starter with strong problem solving, marketing and organising skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with internal / external parties

• MUST be able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays

• Experience or Knowledge in the Funeral / Columbarium is an advantage
